Online ordering
You can order posters, flyers, tickets and other material quickly and easily using our online system. A few things you will want to know before you start. We are switching over to a new online system. The new one will have a number of advantages:
- Faster and easier to use.
- You have the ability to change the size, color and attributes of the type.
- More flexibility in the overall look and feel of the poster.
- The ability to upload your own poster for a one off or special event.

General instructions:
- Click on the category you want to order and then click on the artist.
- Click "Browse Design". The other two are if you want to create your own poster or upload a poster you have created.
- Scroll down until you find the artist you are booking.
- You should now see the promotional material on the left. Depending on what screen resolution and browser you might need to grab the "properties" box to the right and drag it closer to the image.
- Click on the text box. You will see it populate the box to the right. Remove the instructions that were placed there and put in your own info.
- If you want to have different font sizes you will need to add another text box. Adding text boxes and images is very easy. On the right hand side there is a tool bar. Select the item you want to add and click on the image. If you selected text simply enter in the information you want. You can change the size and the font. If you selected an image click the upload button and upload your image. The image will show up in the upper left hand corner. You can move the image around on the page and even resize it. There is an options to view a proof. Currently is seems to work fine on Explorer but is not working on all Firefox browsers. However you can click the view drop down box at the top to increase the size of the poser.
- When you are done click save and check out. If you do not have an account you will need to set one up.
